Make yourself whole again so that you can withstand the things around you that are out of control with confidence and drive. Make yourself whole again so that you know how to care for yourself in the midst of conflict. Make yourself whole again so that you are no longer torn. This is an important time in your life and it can make a difference in how you respond to it. I hope that you find your way through it all. It's worth the effort.
