Things have taken a turn and have uncovered the truth of the matter and it isn't pretty and it doesn't feel good at all. You find it difficult to move in any direction that may ease things right now.  I can only say that in this experience to remember that "Every cloud has a silver lining". This silver lining may not be apparent for some time to come but it is there and sooner or later will show it's self. Tormenting as this is, all things happen for a reason and in time you will see your way clear to this if you haven't begun to see it already.
